All ingredients used are of the highest quality.

Allergy Advice
All products are made in a home environment. Every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate.
Some know allergens (Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Soya, Nuts) may be present in the products. These ingredients will be stored in the same area as all products being produced.
Nuts are not added to my fruit cake mixture unless requested, however fruit cakes will be covered in marzipan containing nuts/nut oil under the sugar paste. This can be omitted if required.

I will do my best to accommodate any allergy requirements including gluten free, egg free and dairy free

Storage
Cakes should be stored in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate the cake if it has sugar paste on it, as this will cause it to become sticky and colours to run. Sponge and chocolate cakes are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration but should be good for up to a week after.
Biscuits should be stored in an airtight container.
Cupcakes should be stored in an airtight container.
Pastry items should be stored in an airtight container.
Do not store biscuits and cakes in the same container with pastry items. This could make the products alter in texture.

Orders
A minimum of two weeks’ notice is preferred for orders, longer where possible.
A minimum of two months’ notice is preferred for wedding cakes and multiple tiers.
I will accept orders at short notice if I have the availability to do so.

If a cake is ordered to look like one seen in a picture/photo, I can only reproduce it as an interpretation of that cake and may not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture.

Delivery / Collection
Cakes can be collected from my home at a prearranged time and date only.
Cakes can be delivered, there may be an additional cost.

Publication
Images of all cakes produced are taken. I reserve the right to use any image of a cake made by Jeanette.
