Make your celebration extra special with a bespoke cake!

Traditional recipes are used for all cakes. Sponge cakes are sandwiched together with jam and buttercream, then covered in sugar paste icing. Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan then sugar paste icing.

A variety of shaped cakes are available including, round, square, oval, rectangle, hexagon and comma. Novelty cakes will be hand carved to achieve the desired shape. Cakes sizes range from mini cakes starting at 3” up to 12”.

Flavours and Colours of sponge cakes can be suited to the customer’s individual needs.

Chose from: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Orange, Lime, Rhubarb, Violet, Cherry, Mint, Almond, Coffee, Carrot and Ginger.
